Care

To me, care goes beyond hitting target paces and instead revolves around making sure you feel seen and cared for in every way. We figure out what form of communication and accountability works best for you and see how your goals line up in the short-, mid- and long-term. In short - great care in coaching to me is working towards the highest level of confidence and safety in my athletes, all while pursuing their goals.

Data

Running is just a part of the picture. Your every day, your lifestyle, adjacent goals, challenges are all a part of how we curate a plan that fits around you, strikes the right balance between effort: revovery and feels achievable through a strategy suited to you. In short - we look at relevant qualitative and quantitative data that makes you YOU and make it work. 

Whole

Empowering my athletes with knowledge and critical thinking in the running world  is crucial for their growth and development as runners. For this reason, my coaching style is collaborative — the runners feel confident simply leaning into their program but always have the option to dive deeper into the rationale behind them. This approach not only helps my runners understand the strategy of their training, but also fosters a sense of ownership and investment in their own progress.
